This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Primary Children’s Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine and the AAP District VIII Section on Perinatal Pediatrics.

Primary Children’s Hospital is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Primary Children’s Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the conference. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity: 6/21/2018 (2.5 hr), 6/22/2018 (8 hr), 6/23/2018 (OB 5.0 hr, NEO 5.0 hr), 6/24/2018 (4.5 hr)

MOC

 

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity, with individual assessments of the participant and feedback to the participant, enables the participant to earn up to 16.0 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.

A general certificate of attendance noting CME hours will be distributed to all other health care providers.  As with physicians, other health care providers should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity: 6/21/2018 (2.5 hr), 6/22/2018 (8 hr), 6/23/2018 (OB 5.0 hr, NEO 5.0 hr), 6/24/2018 (4.5 hr)
